<dt><b>Description:</b> <dd> This script adds two commands which either overlays or combines the background (bottom) layer to the rest of the visible layers.
Combine Background works by placing a copy of the background layer <i>underneath</i> each of the visible layers, then merging the two layers together. This can be useful for adding a background to an animation, or creating "picture-in-picture" effect.
Overlay Background works by placing a copy of the background layer <i>above</i> each of the visible layers, then merging the two layers together. This can be useful for adding static content -- such as text -- to an animation.</dd></dt>
