这局是来源于《气象报告员》的讨论。我与 QB 各自关于这张卡做了一个残局，QB 的那局叫《QB20171101》。如今，《气象报告员》已经被优化掉了，为了纪念这张卡，我投入了《气象控制员》。

这局攻击力在早期直接打穿了 YGOPro 的血量上限。但是当攻击与血量高到一定程度时，效果的处理会出现一定的异常，并且血量的计算与设计将变得异常的麻烦，于是只好优化到了 20 万血左右。
