This core implements the Read-Only Memory Adapter. It interfaces the TileLink TL-UL interconnect to the SPI flash ROM used on the icoBoard Gamma.
This core requires that i_clk run at 50MHz or slower,
for the READ command used is not specified for a faster data rate.
This implies that 50Mbps is the fastest data rate achievable with the SPI flash device.
