Several tests safe-* from file tests/safe.test fail. The reason is that the directory tests/auto0 has been omitted from the release. The directory contains packages, modules, and files referenced by tclIndex. Its purpose is to assist in the testing of tclIndex, pkgIndex.tcl packages, and modules in the Safe Base. Previously, tests used Tcl's own files but these tests were fragile because the files were often renamed or removed as Tcl developed.
