• File win/Makefile.in — part of check-in [afba69728c] at 2012-12-05 09:42:14 on branch bug-3588687 — Move the TCL_MAJOR_VERSION check to the HasStubSupport function. Change the signature of TclInitStubs as agreed (hopefully). Move the Tcl_InitStubs() function to a separate source file, so it will not be included when not needed.
