• File win/tclWinPort.h — part of check-in [04a10c0bee] at 2019-09-06 08:58:19 on branch bug-4718b41c56 — Don't let Tcl depend on USE_32BIT_TIME_T any more: If your compiler supports it, time_t will be 64-bit internally. But at API-level, time_t will still be restricted to 32-bit on Win32 (Not on Win64).
