• File src/main.c — part of check-in [fd9ba57a6a] at 2019-08-29 02:44:49 on branch caps-doc — Changed internal docs on capability 6 (AdminForum) to remove the claim that it can be used to revoke capabilty 4 (WrTForum) from users. I think that feature was planned, but no UI was ever created to support it. Maybe that feature will come someday, but the forum feature is over a year old now. Doing it on this branch because this is all part of the capability documentation improvements. Without this checkin, the cap ref doesn't match the code's internal docs.
