Переводчик для Tkabber.

Для осуществелия перевода через Tkabber необходимо установить плагин.
После перезапуска Tkabber-клиента плагин будет полностью функционировать.
Для того, чтобы перевести какой-то текст нужно его выделить, нажать правую кнопку мыши,
после этого появится контекстное меню, в разделе "Перевод" содержатся разгруппированные пункты
для выбора языка перевода. Первая часть это тот язык, с которого будет переводиться текст, 
вторая часть - на какой язык. Самый верхний пункт (Автоопределение) автоматически определяет язык
и переводит в язык, характерный для вашей операционной системы. После выбора происходит отправка запроса 
серверу translate.yandex.net, если у вас медленное соединение с интернетом, то придётся подождать. 
После перевода появится окно с результатом, если перевод не может быть выполнен, то в окне будет содержаться
код ошибки и его пояснение. Если вы переводите при помощи autodetect-функции и приходит ошибка 501, 
это означает то, что выбран не верные текст для перевода (возможно его язык совпадает с целевым).
