Description:: Apply concentric wave effect such as produced by tossing a pebble in a pond.
Pre-loop code:: default.preloop
Loop code:: waves.loop
Post-loop code:: None
Triggers:: maximum amplitude and period set to width or height.
Parameters:: $p0 - Amplitude; $p1 - Wavelength; $p2 - Velocity; $p3 - Outward (TRUE)
Notes:: Personally, I would have preferred to call this effect "Ripple" and the Ripple effect "Waves" (if for no other reason than that the Grateful Dead's "Ripple" is about pond waves). Nonetheless, the names for these two effects as implemented in GIMP are retained for consistency.
