We no longer use plain wiki for Fossil documentation.  Instead, the
documentation is in wiki-formated files in the source tree - so called
[/doc/trunk/www/embeddeddoc.wiki | "embedded documentation"].  We find that embedded documentation works better than wiki for documenting Fossil itself
since embedded documentation is versioned along with the source code,
