Runs MM in a lower fork, prompting for a Subject:
A message is send to BENSON, GRISS, and appended to the file
PSL:USER-BUG-REPORTS.TXT.

After typing message about BUG or MIS-FEATURE, end finally with a
<Ctrl-Z><return>.

<Ctrl-N> will abort the message.

Alternatively, one can exit PSL and send a message to PSL-BUGS@UTAH-20.
These messages will be sent to more people.
