where <p> is an expression, <v> are kernels
(simple or indexed variables),
<em>exp</em> are polynomials.

<em>preducet</em>computes the remainder of <p> modulo {<exp>,...}
similar to
<A HREF=r37_0386.html>preduce</A>, but the result is an equation
which expresses the remainder as combination of the polynomials.
