COPY_INTO _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ operator

syntax:

<A>,<B> :- matrices.

<r>,<c> :- positive integers.

copy_intocopies matrix <matrix> into <B> with <matrix>(1,1) at <B>(<r>,<c>).
