For testing purposes it is possible to (manually) define SCRUB_EVENT to force all enqueue/dequeue to go through a pack/unpack operation. This allows for testing without having to use arcan-net as an intermediary, as well as a quick reproduction when some pack/unpack mismatch is found. ARCAN_SHMIF_DEBUG now only logs signals and bufferstream transfers if it has been set to verbose (=2). (user: letoram size: 68598)
