Overview
Comment:When available, pass the original comment text as well as the (possibly prefixed) comment into comment_print(). Add COMMENT_PRINT_ORIG_BREAK flag to the new comment printing algorithm. Change the width argument for the test-comment-format command into an option. Add --origbreak option to the test-comment-format command.
