Briefly

This is a repository for stabilized CRUX Linux ports. For CRUX users this simply means

1. a certain set of applications works

2. it's a complement to the rolling-release policy

Why

CRUX is so cute ;-)

I want it on my notebook TODAY. I want to install it to my mom's box TOMORROW. And want to get it to my friends' computers A YEAR LATER. Moreover, I need it as a stable HPC server at work for SOME TIME.

These wishes can't be satisfied by a rolling-release distro. Those who understand, welcome here!
