apave's tests

This is a batch of tests for apave package.

Also, one of these tests (test2_pave.tcl) can test some themes of ale_themes package.

To use the tests, place apave_tests, apave and ale_themes on the same directory level, this way:

The tests are started with tclsh test commands where test is a name of appropriate Tcl file, for example:

tclsh test2_pave.tcl
