Unfortunately, I'm unable to test this at all as Win98 doesn't have getaddrinfo(); hopefully I'll be able to find a mug with a modern version of Windows to check it's not completely broken. Fixed (on all platforms). Therefore, since the global sesslist didn't seem to be useful, I've got rid of it; config.c creates one as needed, as do the frontends. (Not tried compiling Mac changes.)
