Specifically, there should not be two input fields for "first" and "last" name. This isn't applicable to a lot of people who live on this planet. For instance, see Indonesia, Myanmar/Burma, North Africa, Eastern Europe, and Iberia on this map: https://i.imgur.com/5LOj29r.png The w3c recommends using only one field: https://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-personal-names#fielddesign
