Attempt at hacking together a responsive-ish fossil skin using Yahoo's [purecss.io](http://purecss.io) and some JS.

Things made responsive:

- Menu, using css
- Submenu, using a combination of JS and CSS
- Some tables (branch & ticket list) using JS
