I'm not really surprised with recent security issues with Github. I was going to switch to Fossil anyway, so this isn't much of a problem for me.

Fossil is pretty much a self-hosted version of Github, so I don't need a play with Ruby to setup wiki, issue tracker and so on. Everything I need is in a simple binary.
