Consider http://fossil-scm.org/index.html/info/02063414316bde860f6d2553023149c2ac3bfd1d: most fields are plain text, but the "comment" field should have the markup interpreted just like when viewing the ticket directly

Maybe the View Ticket page could be modified as I suggested for making the Version Found In field display as a link, using the TH1 wiki command. See ticket [04ba0f70b8].

Um, apparently, this has been done on the Fossil web site.
