<h1>Tools</h1>

These tools do things that are variously helpful or not. Vague right?

  *  Circle, generates a circle for use in quickfort
  *  Sierpensky, generates a Sierpensky curve, a space filling curve with many desireable characteristics. 
  *  Concentricity, generates layers of alternating designation, with optional stair boundaries if you desire.
  *  H-tree. generates an H-tree (a binary tree radiating outwards), with very desirable characteristics such as each leaf is the same distance to the center.
