<p>To run, please do the following:

<li>Install Tcl 8.6
<li>Open a shell/command/console
<li>Change directories to where you have unpacked wTk
<li>Type: tclsh8.6 server.tcl
<li>Point your browser to: http://localhost:9001
<li>Enjoy!!!
