My last bug was supposed to be "Cosmetic" but it defaulted back to "Critical."  Appears to be no way to update the severity of a bug immediately after it's entered.  /sigh

This is an issue with how the <b>fossil</b> main repository site is set up; for individual sites the repository admin has control over this.
