Installation

1. Unzip archive
2. Open and build packages\lite\build\msvc10\lite.sln

Known Issues

- The DirectX support module (ext_gl_directx.dll) will not be built unless the
  proper DirectX SDK is installed.  However, this module is resolved at run-time
  and is not required for basic system operation.
