This code in total is distributed under the terms of the BSD (3 clause)

-- XMonad / XMonad contrib code -----------------------------------------------

Some of the code in xmonad.hs and my other extensions is derived in part from
either the xmonad or xmonad-contrib sources (This includes the "DwmStyle2"
layout, which is just a conservative modification of the original layout),
which carries the following copyright (BSD 3 clause):

Copyright (c) The Xmonad Community

The BSD 3 clause license template, as noted above, also applies.

-- XMobar Transparency Code ---------------------------------------------------

The transparency code was adapted from Edward Yang's transparency code for
XMobar, which carries the following copyright (BSD 3 clause):

Copyright (c) Andrea Rossato
All rights reserved.

The BSD 3 clause license template, as noted above, also applies.

-- XTest Scripts --------------------------------------------------------------

For the sake of simplicity, I licensed the scripts under the 3-clause BSD
license as with (most of) the rest of the code. However, since the scripts are
not derived works, I also offer the option of the the MIT license. Choose
whichever copyright is more convenient for your usage, as both are quite
similar in spirit.

-- Other ----------------------------------------------------------------------

- The copyright for Accordion2.hs is BSD 3 clause, and is based on J. Bromley's
patch to the Accordion layout (included in the arch PKGBUILD, under the same
licensing terms). It contains slight modifications to improve compatibility
with fussy applications (although it still has many issues), and to hide
unfocused windows to the fullest extent possible. Due to those limitations, I
might rewrite it from scratch at some point, using a technique similar to the
tabbed layout that only shows Window Decorations for unfocused windows.

- The files from the official FreeBSD port (other than the transparency
patches, eg. Makefile, distinfo, pkg-descr,
files/patch-XMonad__Prompt__Directory.hs) are also BSD 3 clause licensed, but
are merely included for convenience.
